As part of launching a new performance management process, we designed a training program that equip employees with the knowledge and skills to successfully implement each step of the process. And at the core of the process is the new roll out of OKR framework for goals setting.
This course is the first topic in the training program. It is intended to be an introductory lesson that explains what OKR framework is, why the company chooses it for goals setting, the differences between OKRs and KPIs as measurements. Since the company did not have an LMS in place at the time of launching, we decided to use Articulate Rise 360 to develop the course, embedding Google Form to collect participants’ information and feedbacks for further support, learning regarding this topic. The course also included a downloadable PDF Course Summary file.
Due to confidentiality, the project is not available to view.
